According to recent National Restaurant Association data, men have predominately ruled as top chef in restaurants across the U.S.

But not for long in Central Florida. With female executive chefs like Primo’s Melissa Kelly, Graze’s Jephanie Foster, and celebrity Food Network chef Cat Cora – scheduled to open her new Mediterranean restaurant, Kouzzina, at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort in Orlando this fall – the female executive chef trend will hopefully continue.
